Scott Gagnon brings decades of experience in IT operations, enterprise infrastructure, and large-scale technology initiatives. He has held leadership roles across corporate, MSP, and consulting environments, managing communications services for one of the nation’s largest airports, directing R&D lab services at a top U.S. investment firm, and leading infrastructure operations for a global communications carrier.

Known for bringing clarity to complex environments, Scott aligns technology strategy with long-term business performance and scalable execution. His background as an Enterprise Architect and lead consultant enables him to guide enterprise transformation initiatives with precision and discipline.

Scott graduated Cum Laude from UMass Boston and is also an alumnus of Berklee College of Music. A lifelong musician, he brings creativity and thoughtful perspective to his professional work.
